3. Free-to-Play Mechanics & Rewards
GiveawayKingdom is a 100% free-to-play reward platform. No purchase, deposit, or monetary payment is ever required to play games or win prizes. Cash balances and reward tokens earned through gameplay are non-transferable between accounts and can only be withdrawn via authorized payment gateways (e.g. M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money).
4. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy
Any attempt to manipulate game results, utilize automated bots, exploit software bugs, register duplicate accounts, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all pending cash balances.
5. Cash Withdrawals & Minimum Limits
Cash withdrawals are subject to verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds. GiveawayKingdom reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) prior to processing high-value withdrawals to prevent money laundering and identity theft.
6. Limitation of Liability
GiveawayKingdom and its parent entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network interruptions, or unauthorized access to user accounts caused by third-party breaches.
